   Fred Candiotti oversees all of the agency’s creative and production staff as well as personally servicing clients. He is involved in every project from inception to completion ensuring that every client receives the highest level of creative possible.

   With a background as Creative Director as well as Corporate Advertising Manager, Fred has worked on a wide assortment of accounts on both the agency and corporate sides. He has over 25 years experience in the business-to-business marketplace in a variety of industries including manufacturing, industrial, dental, and electronics, as well as many years of consumer goods experience as well.

   Fred has earned a number of prestigious awards on both local and national levels and is
often referred to in the media for articles written about the advertising industry and
creative discussions.


   Vince Grucci is co-founder of Candiotti & Grucci. Vince heads the agency in the account services and marketing areas. He brings over 30 years of consumer and B-to-B marketing, market research and agency management experience to our clients.

   Prior to joining CGL Communications, Vince has held such positions as National Accounts Supervisor and Marketing Manager in both the corporate and agency environments for clients such as AT&T, Exxon, P.C. Richards & Sons, David Lerner Associates and others.

   Vince’s marketing work has won him recognition from several key local and national marketing and advertising organizations including the Direct Marketing Association.
As acting Chairman of LifesWORC, a not-for-profit charity, Vince has used his marketing skills to substantially increase contributions through a wide variety of successful fund raising efforts.


   Mitch Tobol believes a company’s marketing/advertising strategies should be accountable. He is a well-known marketing expert focused on growing companies using profitable strategies and tactics.

   Mitch was involved internationally with the New York State Department of Economic
Development GEMS (Global Export Marketing Services) Program assisting local companies to establish international distribution and representation.

   He has taught a wide range of courses at local colleges including Hofstra University’s
Certificate in Entrepreneurship Program, C.W. Post and Long Island University.

   Mitch was acknowledged in Long Island Business News 2002 Who’s Who in Graphic
Communications and received the 2003 Long Island Ad Club Marketing Award for
corporations under $5,000,000. He is a sought after speaker on many topics including Branding, The New Marketing Paradigm and Leveraging LinkedIn,  and has appeared on Cable TV and been interviewed on radio.
